THE EAST SIDE ROAD AUTHORITY

To improve transportation for residents on the east side of Lake Winnipeg, the East Side Road Authority (ESRA) is constructing a 160 kilometer all-season road from PR 304 to Berens River First Nation. In addition, ESRA is also examining transportation improvements for the remainder of the region. As the project proceeds, ESRA requires the following technical staff:
