Engineering

Preliminary and detailed design engineering work is currently underway for the all-season road for a 38 km section of the Rice River Road from km 50 to Bloodvein First Nation. The assignment will include the design of the all-season road and twelve bridges and water crossings.

In addition, preliminary and detailed design engineering work will be undertaken in 2009/10 for the remaining 50 kms of the Rice River logging road and the new 80 km all-weather road from Bloodvein to Berens River First Nation.
